No hyperlinks for array types in API docs

The API docs at https://github.com/maistra/api/blob/maistra-2.1/docs/crd/CRDS.adoc do not have hyperlinks for array fields.

For example: see the Type column here: https://github.com/maistra/api/blob/maistra-2.1/docs/crd/maistra.io_ServiceMeshControlPlane_v2.adoc#controlplanestatus. You can click on the non-array types, but not on any of the array types.

Acceptance criteria:

• array types have hyperlinks
