• Mixer, on maistra-0.8, blocks connections on service mesh (500. On Mixer log (attached) there is a recurrent message: error panic during handler dispatch: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference goroutine 378 [running]: (Mixer Log attached)

• Tested on OCP 4 and OCP 3.11 and it has the same behavior

• Opened an issue on upstream https://github.com/istio/istio/issues/11972 for 1.1.0.snapshot6 but the bug is present on 0.8.0
