When installing the latest maistra 2.1 nightly build quay.io/maistra/istio-rhel8-operator@sha256:aa84e1c55e17d2940ef10ee1c5e4a31ee82ab5fc927561b6c063a72f44296a95 everything seems to be installed fine (3scale-istio-adapter pod is running) but there is following error:
