The SMMR controller incorrectly logs the following statement when it successfully reconciles all member namespaces:

Failed to reconcile all member namespaces

When it fails to reconcile the namespaces, it logs:

Reconciliation of member namespaces complete

This is due to an inverted if condition. Fortunately, it only affects the log and nothing else.
