Need to bump the version we're referencing from v1beta1 to v1.  We need to verify that the minimum version of OpenShift that we support also supports networking.k8s.io/v1 Ingress.

Might want to investigate why the ingress controller is running, as I don't think we are supporting Ingress resources, but maybe this has nothing to do with Istio being an IngressClass provider.

When running the installation of the control plane for the OSSM 2.1 (QE images), the following warn shows up in the log:
