      After adding 200 members in SMMR, istoid discovery log shows reflector errors "Failed to list *crd....Timeout: Too large resource version: 42416, current: 42304"

      Build Info:
      OCP 4.7.5 AWS
      OSSM 2.0.3
      SMCP: 2.0.3

      How to reproduce:
      1. Deploy OSSM 2.0.3 and SMCP 2.0.3
      2. Create 200 namespaces and add them into a SMMR
      3. Create a bookinfo Gateway
      4. Check istio-system istiod pod discovery log

      Error messages:
