The 2.0 version of the must gather script will only discover pilot logs for control planes running 2.0.x versions of a control plane, ignoring pilot logs for any 1.1.x control planes which could also be deployed on the cluster.  The reason for this is the hardcoded `-lapp=istiod`.

The 2.0 version of the script must be able to pull logs from both 2.0.x and 1.1.x control planes, so must check for both `-lapp=istiod` and `-lapp=pilot`.
