For patch releases of the operator, we've been using x.y.z.p format for the maistra-version in the charts.  This causes CRD installation to fail when existing charts are present, as the version cannot be parsed.  For existing installed CRDs, ensure they are not overwritten by older versions if they have this incorrectly formatted maistra-version.

To workaround the issue, we'll simply convert versions like v2.0.0.1 to v2.0.0-1.
