When installing maistra using quay.io/maistra/servicemesh-olm-cs:latest-2.0-qe all istio-node pods in openshift-operators namespace are failing with ImagePullBackOff:

Failed to pull image "registry.redhat.io/openshift-service-mesh/istio-cni-rhel8:1.1.8": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = Error reading manifest 1.1.8 in registry.redhat.io/openshift-service-mesh/istio-cni-rhel8: error parsing HTTP 404 response body: invalid character 'N' looking for beginning of value: "Not found\n"

It was not visible yesterday so it's probably related to changes done for 1.1.8 yesterday.
