Grafana Home top dropdown menu does not list istio dashboards after upgrade
All istio dashboards are in Grafana and we can check metrics successfully using different UI steps.

Environment:
OCP 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-05-28-044428
Upgrade OSSM operator 1.0.10 to OSSM operator 1.1.2+2
Upgrade SMCP 1.0.10 to SMCP 1.0.10+2
Grafana image: https://quay.io/repository/maistra/grafana-rhel8:1.0.10-5 sha256:d32777d24c4f4cb75de1e4baad7309c4366af001dcec18bf700a36705f422b77

How to produce:

• Create an OCP4.5 cluster
• install previous old 1.0.10 operator and smcp from quay maistra source old-1.0 channel.
• Upgrade ossm operator to new 1.1.2+2 one and check smcp upgrade complete.
• Check Grafana pod is using image quay.io/maistra/grafana-rhel8@sha256:d32777d24c4f4cb75de1e4baad7309c4366af001dcec18bf700a36705f422b77
• Check Grafana is loaded from UI dashboard
• Deploy bookinfo and check istio bookinfo metrics
