The original issue referred to charts for certmanager, these are being removed as part of migrating the templates to the operator but unfortunately the CRDs still exist.

We should

• review the CRDs being installed and identify those not required by ourselves (e.g. certmanager)
• remove them from our installation for future releases (1.0 and 1.1)
• document how customers can remove them from existing installations
