Jaeger Dashboard not working with OSSM latest-1.1-qe build.
Jaeger pod log is attached below.

Environment and Build info:

OCP 4.3.1 AWS cluster
OSSM build: latest-1.1-qe from quay.io
Jaeger image: registry.redhat.io/distributed-tracing/jaeger-all-in-one-rhel7:1.13.1
oauth-proxy: registry.redhat.io/openshift4/ose-oauth-proxy:latest

How to produce:
1. Install ossm latest-1.1-qe on OCP 4.3.1
2. follow https://archive.istio.io/v1.4/docs/tasks/observability/distributed-tracing/jaeger/
3. There is no Service listed in the Jaeger UI
