OCP 4.3 DNS is returning IPv6 localhost addresses, ::1, while the platform does not officially support IPv6. This is causing problems for applications resolving the localhost address since our networking scripts are only supporting IPv4 addresses.
At the very least we need a workaround for the localhost case, if there are any other issues caused by this change they will have to wait until we officially support IPv6.
