This is a heads-up that Service Mesh and Maistra cannot deploy a Service Mesh control plane on OCP 4.4 because something's using a removed extensions/v1beta1 Deployment API.

Instead of extensions/v1beta1, Service Mesh / Maistra / Istio should be using apps/v1 which has been available since Kube 1.9 - https://kubernetes.io/blog/2019/07/18/api-deprecations-in-1-16/

The Serverless Operator is already adding CI configurations to test against 4.4, but those tests will fail until this is resolved.
