OCP console UI default SMCP template still shows resources requests and limits sections.

It looks like some files are not being updated correctly according to the following PR:

Could we have a check and find what is missing related to the above PR ?

release: OSSM 1.0.2
Environment: OCP on AWS
Operators installed from OLM operatorhub

Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Install Operators from OLM operatorhub
2. Use OSSM operator to create a SMCP from console UI
3. Default SMCP template includes resources sections which should not be there.
