There should be annotations to specify the exact method or constructor signature to select, and to specify exact parameter indices for the message and/or cause.

• @Signature would take an array of {{Class}}es which match the method/constructor signature
• @CauseIndex would take a one-based integer which specifies which parameter should be used as the exception cause
• @MessageIndex would take a one-based integer which specifies which parameter should be used as the message
