      Summary

      Refactor the config generator to rely upon structs instead of templates
      so that we utilize a conventional pattern for object serialization and improve maintainability

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Verify there are no functional regressions
      • Verify all inputs, transforms, and outputs are represented by structs
