Context

In Loki 3.5.0 the Loki team introduced the Operational UI https://github.com/grafana/loki/issues/16097 this UI is used to help run Loki. The UI is a separate Loki component that also has to be deployed. We should explore this new component and see if it would be interested for the OpenShift use-case. If not this we should create an issue to handle this as an upstream contribution.

Acceptance Criteria

• Document going over the possibility of exposing the UI component and how we would do it
• Once the team has agreed on a direction create the necessary follow up issues to be tackled in future sprints
