Summary

Remove dependencies on openshift oauth APIs to meet BYO authentication requirements.

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify the manifest uses the "operators.coreos.com/v1" api
• Verify the test code utilizes the "operators.coreos.com/v1" api
• Verify the operator boots without errors
• Verify the operator deploys a ClusterLogForwarder without error
• Verify the operator deploys on the cluster that is configured with OLMv1
• Verify the operator deploys on the range of OCP versions for which it is configured
