Description of problem:

when sending throug LokiGateway OTLP endpoint, application logs never end up in Loki eventhough no error is returned.

How reproducible:

everytime

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Application generating logs through OTLP to OTC
2. OTC forwarding logs through OTTL to various tenants
3. LokiGateway receives and returns no error
4. Logging UI show no data in tenant at any time

Actual results:

Logging UI not showing data in the application tenant.

Expected results:

Logging UI showing data according to the logs being send.
