Acceptance Criteria

• Verify the collector is capable of forwarding to a syslog sink
• Verify the collector binary is FIPS compatible and has no ring dependencies
• Verify the collector supports file and kubernetes sources with "include_path" configuration
• Verify the collector supports file and kubernetes sources with "rotate_wait" configuration
• Verify the collector supports the "multiline exception" transform
• Verify the collector supports "max_merged_line_bytes" config for container logs
• Verify the collector use file secret implementation form upstream
