Context

With the raise of AI we have had some OCP Logging user requesting access to a Loki Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. This integration would allow users to interact with Loki logs through natural language queries, using an AI model of their choice. Grafana Labs has open sourced the Loki MCP project https://github.com/grafana/loki-mcp under MIT License so we could deploy it alongside the other LokiStack components. The goal of this issue is to research and scope this task so that we have a better understanding of the effort and feasibility of this.
