This ticket serves as the main collection of all issues related to publish a z-stream release for the OpenShift Logging product. The following instructions represent best practices to improve cross-team collaboration between engineering and all others required to ship a z-stream release.

Instructions:

1. File for each request only one sub-task for the release mentioned on the ticket title.
2. Use all four components: Logging Build, Log Collection, Log Storage, Log Console
3. Use as labels by default: z-stream and no-errata
