With this change the permissions required by the operator have been changed to only those required to support deployment of the log collector. This change removes permissions for functions that are no longer supported by the operator.

Verify there is no regression from previous versions in deploying log collectors that can normalize and forward logs
Verify there is no regression from previous versions in deploying log collectors that export collector metrics
Verify there is no regression from previous versions in deploying the LFME and exporting metrics

Remove permissions that are not required or obsolete because the role of the operator has changed from previous releases
