Description of problem:
The registry.stage.redhat.io/openshift-logging/eventrouter-rhel9:v0.4 is still point to the CPaaS image[1] ( build-date=2025-06-02T20:04:32).
The latest konflux Eventrouter image [2] should has tag v0.4 and v0.4.0 ( build-date=2025-06-12T13:34:33)
