Description of problem:

Loki and clo giving incompatability warning for ocp version 4.2 which should be 4.20

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Logging v6.3

loki v6.3

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  on OCP version 4.18 install loki adn clo 
2.  cehck the Administrator --> cluster setting 
3.  you will get the arming

Actual results:

incorrect warniung message attaching image

Expected results:

Warning should be for 4.20 and not 4.2
