Context

When we introduced support for mTLS we also introduced the ability for user to supply a CA bundle. However we only allow users to provide it through a ConfigMap. Cert-manager in response to Certificate resources creates a secret with the certificate key & cert but also the CA bundle. For MCOA it would be necessary for LokiStack to be able to read CA bundles from secrets and not just ConfigMaps.

• Users are able to configure LokiStack with CA bundles using secrets
