Description of problem:

When installing RHOL 6.2 with OCP 4.18 we are getting incompatible warning for 4.19 which should not be happenign as 6.2 should be compatible with 4.19

logging v6.2

ocp 4.18

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Install 4.18 cluster
2.  install clo and loki version 6.2 on that cluster
3. Warning should appear in cluster setting page

Actual results:

Incompatible warning appears

Expected results:

No warning should be appearing
