Context

When we worked on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/LOG-6349 we initially used a prefix approach to determine resources that were meant for the default stacks use-case. However, in the nexus-sync when we reviewed [1] we reached the conclusion that it would be better to use ownership references rather than a prefix

Acceptance criteria

• The logging default stack should use the ownership reference to determine which resources are owned by MCOA and inherently should be used for the default stack use case
