      Summary

      As a user of early access releases of the CLO,
      I would like nightly "upstream" bundles
      So that I can test early and often

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Verify the operator index image is deployable as an FBC
      • Verify the operator and operands spec'd in the index can be deployed
      • Verify the operator is only installable from a "fast" channel
      • Verify the index is updated at least once a day when their are changes
      • Verify the `max.olmVersion` is not set
