      Story

      Enable hermetic builds for log collection
      so that components are built from a set of dependencies that are
      retrieved from trusted sources

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Verify all log collection components are successfully built
      • Verify the repo tekton files enable hermetic builds
      • Verify the activity pipelinerun for each component is using hermetic builds
