Description of problem:

When running a logging must-gather in Logging 6.0 or Logging 6.1, the next information, at least, it's not present:

• UIPlugin CR
• clusterLogForwarder CR
• LogFileMetricExporter CR
• LokiStack CR
• Vector configuration

And other 3 resources that helps to know the versions running of Loki and CLO and the historical upgrades and status that present in Logging 5 must-gather:

• installplan
• clusterserviceversion
• subscription

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy Loki Operator 6.y and Cluster Logging Operator 6.y and take a must-gather as documented

Actual results:

Review that inside the must-gather is not present in any place of the must-gather any of the files said before

Expected results:

The indicated files are present for helping in the troubleshooting of the errors and knowing the CR definitions and status of the CR.

Additional info:

• It could be expected that https://issues.redhat.com/browse/LOG-6277 fixes the Loki CR missing for 6.0, but the PR is not for 6.1 and master
