Verify there is an 'openshift-logging' workspace in konflux-release-date for cluster logging
Verify the cluster logging workspace has a CODEOWNERS file to allow the team to manage code merges
Verify there is an 'openshift-logging' project namespace in rhtap-releng konflux instance
