Alerting rules for log-storage contains summary and message annotation instead of summary and description annotation

    • Before AlertingRules created by the Loki Operator were using the field message to display the message related to the Alert. Now the AlertingRules correctly use instead the field description.

      Description of problem:

      Alerting rules for logging contains summary and message annotation instead of summary and description annotation.

      As Per  [1] alerting rules must have summary and description annotations.
