Summary

Change Vector configuration to allow identification and forwarding
of the originating stream (i.e STDOUT, STDERR)

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify forwarding container logs to non OTLP endpoints set the `kubernetes.container_iostream` field to the appropriate value of 'stdout' or 'stderr'
• Verify the multiline exception filter reassembles error stacks written to STDOUT
• Verify the multiline exception filter reassembles error stacks written to STDERR
• Verify forwarding container logs to OTLP endpoints populates the log record attribute 'log.iostream' to the appropriate value of 'stdout' or 'stderr'

Notes

• This will need to be forwarded over OTLP
• This will require an update to the ViaQ data model
