Before this update, the LokiStack ruler component view was not properly initialized caused the invalid field error when the ruler component was disabled. With this update, the component view initialized with empty value resolves the issue.

Hi, I see the error message `The field components.ruler is invalid` on LokiStack details. My regards,
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Loki-Operator 5.9.6 2. Create LokiStack CR without rules for NetObserv 3. Open https://$OPENSHIFT_CONSOLE/k8s/ns/netobserv/clusterserviceversions/loki-operator.v5.9.6/loki.grafana.com~v1~LokiStack/$LOCKSTACK_NAME
Actual results:
The field components.ruler is invalid
Expected results:
The field components.ruler is disabled
