Summary

Refactor the multiline exception transform to all the message key to be configurable
so we can refactor the CLO to use a model that is different from what vector expects

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify the transform allows setting a 'message_key' path
• Verify absence of the config setting defaults to Vector's default
• Verify setting the 'message_key' to an alternate value still accumulates exception stack messages
