Summary

Investigate Grafana's use of "service name" with respect to Loki
and OTEL. Determine if this attribute should be set and if so, what
are the values user's should expect for the various log types of the
cluster logging story

• Documention or enhancement proposal (or changes to existing) identifying the values of "service name"
• Create JIRA issues as needed
