Allow Elasticsearch Operator 5.8 on OCP 4.17 and 4.18 until 5.8 EOL

      Before this update, the Elasticsearch Operator was missing on the OCP 4.17 and 4.18 catologs caused installations not possible for ServiceMesh/Kiali/Distributed Tracing. With this update, the Elasticsearch Operator properties expanding for 4.17 and 4.18 resolves the issue and the ServiceMesh/Kiali/Distributed Tracing operators can install their stacks.

      Description of problem:

      Customers running ServiceMesh/Kiali/Distributed Tracing cluster are permitted to install Elasticsearch-Operator 5.8.z managed Elasticsearch instances until November 2025. The current catalog allows only installations of 5.8.z on 4.16. This blocks currently testing of the previous mentioned products on 4.17 and hence in future for 4.18.
