Before this update, the Elasticsearch Operator did not provide any firing alert informing the users of the imminent removel caused existing installation to remain unsupported without notivce. With this update, the Elasticsearch Operator will provide an always firing alert on OCP 4.16 and forward informing about the removal from the catalog in November 2025.

Description of problem:

Configure/Trigger an alert when the Elasticsearch is configured for being used with Red Hat Logging in OCP 4.16 as it's not supported as removed.

Expected

The OpenShift admins are warned with an alert when using Elasticsearch with Red Hat OpenShift Logging in OCP 4.16 guiding them to migrate to Red Hat Loki.
