Description of problem:

There are several issues when run oc adm must-gather --image <clo:6.0>

1) we should print warning rather than info when 5.x resource can not be found.
2) The namespace(fluetnd-aosqe) in which CLF is deployed is treat as resource
3) invalid directory: ''$'\n''fluentd-aosqe'
4) Only file 'version' in directory cluster-logging/clo/''$'\n''fluentd-aosqe'.
5) need add COO resource in must-gather report
