Description of problem:

After upgrade to logging 6.0, the Elasticsearch and Kibana resource still have
ownerrefs set to CL/CLF which means they will be deleted when those resources are deleted. This means the CL resource is still required for users to continue to use Elasticsearch

3. Delete CL
