Conversion of a ClusterLogging resource with default ES store results in a new CLF where the output is configured with the 'elasticsearch' secret instead of the 'collector secret'

1. Create a CL with default ES logstore
2. Upgrade from 5.9 to 6.0

Actual results:

1. Observe the output tls config is "elasticsearch"
