Summary

As a developer of observability,
the log collector needs to enrich logs with additional attributes when forwarding over OTLP
so that we are able to correlate the logs with other observability signals

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify log entries include attributes for: traceid, spanid and sampled flag
• Verify the attributes are represented using the community semantic conventions
• Verify the user can opt-in to trace attributes via a filter
• Verify pipelines are rejected when they are configured with more than just OTLP outputs and this filter
