[release-5.6] Elasticsearch Runbook URLs are not correct in OCP alerts

      In OCP console go to --> Observe  -->  Alerting  --> Alerting rules and search by Elasticsearch.

      ElasticsearchNodeDiskWatermarkReached point to a Runbook that doesn´t exist. This is because probably the documentation schema was changed and these link exists for some previous versions

      Description of problem:

      Checking Elasticsearch alerts inside OCP 4.15 version the URL of the Runbooks are not correct, they redirect to pages that do not exist.
