Summary

Investigate the need for the collector deployment to mount a trusted CA bundle and why it would need to (or not) be different for each collector in a NS

Acceptance Criteria

• Summarization of why (or why not) this is required
• Consensus from the logging team of the path forward
• Create JIRA cards if needed to support implementation
