      Description of problem:

      I am trying to deploy loki-operator in a CRC (OpenShift Local) installation and the operator fails with:

      {"_ts":"2024-04-24T16:02:28.027229225Z","_level":"0","_component":"loki-operator_controller-runtime_source_EventHandler","_message":"failed to get informer from cache","_error":{"msg":"failed to get API group resources: unable to retrieve the complete list of server APIs: cloudcredential.openshift.io/v1: the server could not find the requested resource"}}

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      stable-5.9

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a CRC openshift cluster
      2. Deploy loki-operator from Red Hat repository
      3. Look at logs

      As a workaround, downloading and applying the cloudcredential CRD works: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift/cloud-credential-operator/master/manifests/0000_03_cloud-credential-operator_01_crd.yaml
