      Summary

      Implement the ConsoleLogViewPlugin API to support deploying the log-view-plugin
      until COO can take ownership of the task

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Verify reference documentation exists in the upstream repo
      • Verify the CLVP is a singleton resource named "instance" in the "openshift-logging" NS
      • Verify the operator reconciles the CLVP that results in a deployment of the log-view-plugin
      • Verify the operator takes ownership of the existing deployed resources.

      Notes

      • This replaces the dropped functionality present in the CL resource

            Final determination is this version of logging will have no need to support view plugin since it will be available in COO at time of release
