      Summary

      Modify the API and forwarder to define an OTLP output
      so that any receiver which support OTLP will receive logs

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Verify the collector can forward logs to the OTEL collector
      • Verify the collector can forward logs to a lokistack deployment
      • Verify OTEL attributes of the logs we collect are reflective of their OTEL scemantics (e.g. kubernetes, syslog, event)
