Summary

Remove support and reconciliation of:

• Elasticsearch
• Kibana
• Fluentd

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify the operator ignores existing Fluentd, Elasticsearch and Kibana objects and deployments
• Verify the operator does not deploy any new Fluentd, Elasticsearch an Kibana objects
• Verify documentation for deploying the view-plugin

• View plugin code indicates we need both vis.console and logstore.loki to properly deploy the plugin
